Two Finite Difference Methods for SolvingFisher-Kolmogorov Equation

We got the finite difference scheme for the FisherKolmogorov(FK) equation using CrankNicolson type. We proved the existence and uniqueness of the difference solution which is convergent with the oder O(τ2+h2). Then, a linearized difference scheme was presented, which simplifies  the numerical experiment process for the solution with the same convergence maintained.

A grating reconstruction problem from near field data was considered. On the basis of the denseness of plane waves, we approximately denoted the scattered field with a sum of finite plane waves, and computed it from the known observation data. Then the grating profile was reconstructed by an optimization method. The numerical experiments confirm the effectiveness of our method.

subalgebra A0=K[a1,…,an] of A be a solvable polynomial algebra on K. The structural relation between A and the polynomial algebra A0[x] shows the computation of left Grbner bases in A is effectively converted to the computation of left Grbner bases in A0[x].

Based on the properties of generalized quadratic matrix and method used, the generalized cubic matrix was defined. It is proved that the generalized cubic matrix is closed for the power, the inverse and linear operation of the matrix. It is also pointed out that under some conditions, the generalized cubic matrix can be represented as the linear combination of three idempotent matrices which are commutative and the products are zero. The results show
 that genteralized quadratic matrix is a special case of the generalized cubic matrix.

Here was presented an accelerated stochastic simulation algorithm for simulating biochemical reaction system with delays. It’s called
the DFAPSleaping algorithm. The DFAPSleaping algorithm minimizes the running time on the premise of preserving the accuracy, so it can improve the efficiency of the algorithm. Numerical experiments show our proposed algorithm can be widely applied to a variety of biochemical reaction systems and be more efficient than the existing algorithms.

The aggregate homotopy interiorpoint method was used to solve the convex multiobjective programming problem with mixed equality and inequality constraints. The objective functions and contraints were smoothed with aggregate functions. A path tracing algorithm was adopted to find its weakeffective solutions, which was proved by homotopy method. Numerical examples demonstrated the effectivness and feasibility of this method.

On the basic of BLalgebra and other related logic algebras, a weaker logic algebric system than BLalgebra——WBLalgebra was established by strengthening the conditions of MTL-algebra and examples of WBLalgebra were given. It has been proved that  BL-algebra is WBL-algebra and WBL-
algebra is the truth weakening form of BL-algebra and the truth strengthening form of MTL-algebra. Some characteristic theorems of WBL-algebra were given based on MTL-algebra.

We used the theory of dynamic random graph as the tool to investigate the convergence of a stochastic discretetime epidemic model in a large population by means of the method of branching process approximation. The significance of the paper lies in the improved \%SIR\% model. Each individual has a certain number of acquaintances with a fixed distribution. As the number of initially infective individuals stays small, a branching process approximation for
 the number of infective individuals is in force. Using the results of the branching process, we will have the main results, that is, the number of new infective individuals will present some almost surely limit properties with the size of the population extending.

The superiority of Bayes estimation of regression coeffcients and error variance in linear model was studied based on normalinverse Gamma priors. The existed results were complemented without the additive conditions. It was shown that the Bayes estimation of regression coefficients is superior to the least squares estimator (LSE) under the Pitman closeness criterion. And the superiority of the Bayes estimation of error variance over LSE was also investigated in terms of the mean square error criterion. Finally, a Monte Carlo simulation was carried out to verify the theoretical results.

We proposed an improved method of shadow volume. This method  solves the inefficacy when shadow volume is applied to large scenes by selecting volumes based on octree and fading shadow with z values. Experiments show that our method can effectively cut down the numbers of volumes to render and improve rendering efficiency upon keeping good graphic effect. The result of this paper makes it feasible to render shadows for large scene via shadow volume algorithm.

The complex medical images are not always described the parametric method with prior probability, which leads to the difference between the actual physical model and the basic hypothesis of the model, namely, the “model mismatc”. The method of CT image segmentation based on the multimodal function optimization was proposed. A density model of the nonparametric orthogonal polynomials for image data was proposed, and the novel particle swarm optimization method was used to solve the multimodal function optimization problem. On the basis of the heuristic optimization search, the novel method was successfully applied in multimodel function optimization. Some experiments about artificial data and real CT images were tested. These results show the validity of the algorithm in image segmentation.

A subpixel edge detection algorithm based on orthogonal polynomial fitting was proposed, and the direct expression to calculate edge points was given. The algorithm has higher detection accuracy and uses less detection time. However, previous subpixel edge detection algorithms can not solve
 these two problems simultaneously and effectively. Compared with Gauss and spatial moment algorithms, this algorithm can obtain the subpixel level edge position fast and accurately.

In the light of transformer fault diagnosis based on dissolved gas analysis (DGA) with a small sample size, poor information and the fault diagnosis results is easily affected by the noise in the sample, we proposed an intuitionistic fuzzy least squares support vector machine algorithm (IFLS-SVM). First we derived the related algorithm, and designed the multiclass classifier based on the IFLSSVM. Then we implemented the power transformers’ fault
diagnosis using the Matlab software. At last we compared the diagnostic result of the algorithm we proposed with the diagnostic results of the several LS-SVM multiclassification algorithms and BP neural network diagnostic result. Experiments results show that the IFLSSVM diagnosis is better, with stronger noise immunity.

This paper reports an automated multiview threedimensional data registration scheme for fullyautomated threedimensional scanning system. We used singleaxis precise turntable to help to get multiview point cloud and to integrate them together. First, we used a quick and easy way to get the three dimensional information of the turntable’s central axis, and then integrated the multiview point cloud to get model body via the axis. After that we completed the initial registration of point cloud with the help of minimum bounding box. At last we completed the precise registration using improved ICP algorithm. In this paper, we provided several suggestions for the imprecise registration problem between the top and the bottom of the model. At the end of this paper, experiment results are presented, and experiments show that the scheme has good maneuverability and high accuracy.

According to the phenomenon that a word has many meanings, We proposed a word sense disambiguation algorithm\|based on context rule, in which the word sense disambiguation rules were defined so as to realize the specific sense of polysemy word  in the text. WordNet knowledge structure and context relation were applied to semantic options in order to complete the word sense disambiguation task. With the text of Senseval3 as test set, the experimental results show that the test results of the word sense disambiguation algorithm is a very good algorithm that can effectively achieve word sense disambiguation.

A light flow deformation displacement measurement algorithm  based on a pyramid LucasKanade tracking technology was proposed. After the angular points of the image before the deformation were detected,  then the pyramid LucasKanade algorithm was used to search the matching points in the deformation image, and finally the deformation displacement value was calculated. The experimental results show that this algorithm has a high precision and good stability.

Amorphous Fe40Co40Zr7V2B9Ta2 ribbons were prepared by single roller meltspinning and annealed at different temperatures. The thermal property, microstructure and magnetic property of the samples were investigated by differential thermal analysis (DTA), Xray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometric (VSM) analysis. The initial crystallization product of Fe40Co40Zr7V2B9Ta2was an α-FeCo phase. ZrCo3B2,Co23Zr6 and ZrB2 phases were then precipitated at high temperatures. From the appearance of the cross section, the free area showed a mesh structure and the contact area showed a dendritic structure in the Fe40Co40Zr7V2B9Ta2 alloy when it was quenched and annealed at 300 ℃. [JP2]When the alloy was annealed at above 550 ℃, the cross section showed the granular structure. Hc of Fe40Co40Zr7V2B9Ta2 alloy annealed at 550 ℃ is minimum. Hc increased with the increase of annealing temperature above 550 ℃

We presented a detailed investigation of the pressureinduced phase transition of SrCl2 using the firstprinciple calculation based on
density functional theory (DFT). Our results show that the sequence of the pressureinduced structural transitions of SrCl2 was from fluorite structure (Fm3m) to orthorhombic structure (Pnma), then to the hexagonal structure (P63/mmc). Two structural transitions,  all firstorder phase transitions, occurred at pressure of 2.1 GPa and 65.7 GPa, with volume collapses of 4.7% and 0.2%, respectively.

Industrial single crystal diamonds were synthesized from FeNi powder catalyst in a Chinatype cubic anvil highpressure apparatus. In a series of experiments, we successfully synthesized highquality cubic, cubicoctahedral and octahedral diamond single crystals. From the morphology of the synthesized diamond, we found the {111} plane obeyed the  twodimensional layer growth mechanism. The Mssbauer spectra indicate that the main components of the impurity are FeNi alloy in the diamond.

A cosmosil C18-Ar-Ⅱ(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of V(acetonitrile)∶V(ρ(acetic acid)=0.2%) was in the process of gradient elution. Flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the wavelength of DAD detector was set at 258 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃. The linear range of 3,5,6,7,8,3′,4′-heptamethoxyflavone was 0.01—10.0 μg(r2=0.999 2), and the mean recovery rate was 99.7% (RSD=0.50%). The linear range of 8-hydroxy-3,5,6,7,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavone was 0.05—10.0 μg(r2=0.999 4), and the mean recovery rate was 101.8% (RSD=2.0%). The linear range of 5-hydroxy-3,6,7,8,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavone was 0.025—5.0 μg(r2=0.999 8), and the mean recovery rate was 100.2% (RSD=1.7%).

Based on the principle of biomimetic synthesis, carbonized hydroxyapatite crystals were prepared by vapor diffusion method with L-serine(L-Ser) and L-aspartic(L-Asp) acted as an organic substrate, and bioinspired enamel repair was performed via L-Ser/Aspdirected assembly of hydroxyapatite
nanoparticles at the same time. The product was characterized by means of field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray  diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR), and the effects of different concentrations of serine on the intermediates of calcium carbonate and final product of calcium hydroxyapatite limestone powder and dental film were studied. The results show that different concentrations of serine significantly affected the morphology of the free crystalline powder in solution, and the conversion of calcium carbonate to hydroxyapatite with morphological hereditary characteristics, as well as played an important role in the continuation of the crystal arrangement on the surface of enamel film.

Conditions of hemicellulose pre\|extraction  and the impact of it on sodaanthraquinone cooking pulp properties were discussed. The results shows temperature and extraction time influence the mass concentration of reducing sugar in hydrolyzate and the yield of rice straw. Based on  two points of the mass concentration of reducing sugar and the yield of rice straw, the optimum condition of preextraction was 1 h of heating time and 1.5 h of holding time at 150 ℃. The mass concentration of reducing sugar in hydrolyzate was 4.65 g/L. Under the same condition, Kappa number of rice straw pulping after preextraction was 2.56 higher than that of nonextracted rice straw pulping.

The gene encoding multifunctional amylases OPMA-N and OPMA-G were cloned into expression vector pMA5, and  the secretory expression of multifunctional amylases OPMAN and OPMAG were achieved with the engineering strain pMA5-OPMA-N and pMA5-OPMA-G. To enhance the expression level and secretion yield of OPMAN and OPMAG, the fermentation conditions were further optimized. The results show that the optimal fermentation conditions for the expression and secretion of OPMAN were obtained in the culture medium (16%) containing 0.5% yeast extract, 0.3% urea, 1% MgSO4, at pH=6.5 and 37 ℃ for 48 h, and for the expression and secretion of OPMAG was obtained in the culture medium (32%) containing 1% starch, 0.8% yeast extract, 1% NaCl, at pH=7.0, and 37 ℃ for 36 h. Under the optimal conditions, the secretion yields of OPMAN and OPMA-G were about 45% and 58% of the total extracellular proteins, respectively and the specific activities of the secreted OPMAN and OPMA-G were 4.57 and 4.65 enzymology activity unit per mg.

To supply the required large amounts of functional recombinant plant expression vectors, a series of general plant binary expression vectors with the CaMV35S and the rd29A promoter mediating multiple cloning sites (MCS: SacⅠ, KpnⅠ, SmaⅠ, BamⅠ, XbaⅠ, SalⅠ, Pst
Ⅰ) were constructed successfully, on the basis of pCHF3, pCAMBIA1301, pCAMBIA3300 and pCAMBIA3301 vectors, and a set of applicative binary expression vectors utilized for subcellular localization by the fusion of MCS and eGFP with these two promoters were also constructed. Subsequently, the universal highthroughput and expensesaving gene expression system was established for the scan and functional characterization of a large number of candidate genes.

A new plane sensing membrane was developed in the study, and then a system was established to monitor the spatial and temporal distribution of dissolved oxygen (DO) in a simulated freshwater/sediment microcosm. Sensing foils were fabricated by physical entrapping fluorescent indicator tris(4,7
-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline)ruthenium dichloride in ethyl cellulose film, and the emission fluorescence intensity was decreased with the increase of the concentration of dissolved oxygen, which conforms to the SternVolmer equation of the fluorescence quenching mechanism. The sensor is precise, stable, with fast response time (<60 s) and good reversibility, and has a wide DOsensitive range (0—20 mg/L). According to the monitoring results by the system, although the temporal and spatial variation in the sediment was minor under bioturbation, the sediment has significant effects on the DO of overlying water. Complex changes of DO in the system were the result of combined effects of a variety of mechanisms such as physical mixing and redox. And these effects were all affected by bioturbation.

Eleven kinds of chemical reagents were chosen to modify peat to improve its ability of absorbing TPH. The results show that after it was modified by HCl,NaOH,CH3COOH,Mg2+, sodium citrate, PO3-4, the ability of absorbing TPH of peat is reduced, but after modified with Ca2+,Fe3+ ,Cu2+,EDTA,humic acid, it is improved. After modified with 0.100 mol/L Ca2+, the remove rate of TPH is as high as 92.26%. The adsorption of it for TPH conforms with the Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation and the maximum adsorption in theory is 2.04 g/g. Its adsorption kinetics model conforms with the secondorder kinetics, and 60 min later, the adsorption reaches dynamic equilibrium. Observed results before and after adsorption show that there are both physical and chemical adsorptions in the process of peat for petroleum.

he mechanism of EDCs adsorption enhanced by magnetite spiked in soils (the magnetiteimmobilized soils) was qualitatively analyzed by FTIR. The results indicate that the thermodynamic process conforms with Langmuir isotherm very well, and the adsorption of EDCs onto the magnetiteimmobilized soils was the result of both surface adsorption and distribution. With the increase of the doping ratio of magnetite, the adsorption capacity of the magnetitesoil for EDCs was increased. The removal rate of E2 and BPA suggested  that magnetite spiked had a significant enhancement for adsorption and removal
of EDCs. After twice desorption, the desorption rate of E2 and  BPA showed the magnetiteimmobilized soils had a good retention capacity for E2. It was found from the FTIR profile that the appearance of hydrogen bonds between the magnetiteimmobilized soils on the one hand and EDCs on the other, and EDCs molecule themselves was one of the most important factors affecting the EDCs adsorption.
