摘要:
乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染和相关性肝硬化或肝细胞癌(HCC)严重威胁人类的生命健康,是全球性的公共卫生问题。由于微小RNA(miRNA)参与HBV感染相关疾病的多项生理过程,并起到重要的调节作用,因此miRNA的异常表达与HBV感染相关疾病的发生发展和预后密切相关。miRNA单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)是影响miRNA的表达和功能的主要因素之一。现对近几年miRNA的SNPs与HBV感染、HBV清除、HBV相关肝硬化和肝癌的相关性进行综述。
