摘要: 摘 要目的:探讨缰核神经细胞离子通道的特性。方法:采用膜片钳技术的全细胞记录方法,通过急性分离的大鼠乳鼠缰核神经元观察缰核神经细胞离子通道的特性。结果:实验在电压钳位10 mV阶跃去极化的条件下分别引导出内向钠电流和两种外向钾电流。结论:内侧缰核记录的K+通道以快速瞬时K+通道为主,外侧缰核以延迟K+通道为主,该结果与内、外侧缰核的组织结构和功能上的差异有关。

Abstract: Objective To research the characteristics of various ion channels of habenuler neurons. Methods The characteristics of various ion channels of habenuler neurons on the acute isolated habenuler neurons of rats by using patch-clamp technique. Results Na+ current and two kinds of outward K+ currents were respectively recorded at a hoding potential of 10 mV steps. Conclusion The delayed rectifier K+ channels mainly distribute in the lateral habenula ,while rapid K+ channels in medial habenular. This result is related to the difference of structure and function between lateral and medial habenular.
