摘要: 介绍了一种具有直接检测特性的插装式单向溢流阀,该插装阀具有调压偏差小,控制压力精度高的特性.为了研究其调压特性机理,重点对溢流过程进行了理论分析,建立了其传递函数,定性地分析了影响其性能的关键参数;并利用 AMESim软件建立了该插装阀的HCD仿真模型,定量地分析了关键参数对插装式单向溢流阀动态特性与稳态性能的影响.研究结果表明:直接检测特性形成了级间负反馈,有效降低了稳态调压偏差;调整环形缝隙有助于改善溢流阀的动态特性,而调整顶杆端面面积有助于改善溢流阀稳态特性;该结构类型的单向阀有助于补油.
