救援井用大直径贯通式潜孔锤及钻头的研制

Development and test of a large diameter hollow-through DTH air hammer and drill bit used in rescue well

摘要:

研制了大直径贯通式潜孔锤及反循环钻头,并进行模拟仿真电算及现场试验。试验结果表明:潜孔锤最高钻进效率可达6 m/h;平均钻进效率为4.5 m/h,且反循环排渣顺畅、井底无沉渣、成井质量好,可以解决大直径应急救援井的碎岩和排渣两大难题,能够充分满足应急救援井对钻进效率和成井质量的要求。

Abstract:

A hollow-through Down the Hole (DTH) air hammer with large diameter and a reverse circulation drill bit are developed; then computational simulation and field test are carried out. The test results show that the maximum penetration rate of the DTH air hammer can reach 6 m/h, and the average penetration rate is 4.5 m/h. in addition, the removing cuttings are smooth with reverse circulation. Furthermore, the cuttings are rarely accumulated in the bottom of borehole, and the borehole quality is excellent. Therefore, using the DTH air hammer and drill bit could resolve the problems of rock breaking and removing cuttings, and meet the requirements of penetration rate and borehole quality in the operation of large-diameter emergency rescue well drilling.
