Virtual Integration Environment for Vibration Drilling of Laminated Materials

Abstract: A vistual integration environment for vibration drilling of laminated materials is developed by means of MATLAB and VC+ + language.System simulation is performed by GM(1,4) model incorporating gray relevancy analysis and residual compensation,and parameters optimization is realized by reversal deduction algorithm based on golden section method.Developed environment offers convenience for simulation and optimization of varying parametes vibration drilling of laminated materials and test,verification and evaluation of experimental model.
