混合稀土常乐对大鼠肝脏酶组织化学活性的影响

Effect of the mixed rare earth Changleon hepatic enzymatic activity of rat

摘要: 目的:探讨在不同剂量农用混合稀土常乐的作用下,大鼠肝脏酶活性的变化及作用机理。方法:以Wistar大鼠为研究对象,连续用生理盐水和20.0、5.0 、2.0 mg•kg-1常乐灌胃3个月,每日1次。应用酶组织化学技术,观察大鼠肝脏的琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDHase)、葡萄糖6磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)及三磷酸腺苷酶(Ca2+-ATPase)的变化。结果:与对照组比较,5.0和2.0 mg•kg-1组酶活性颗粒变化不明显,20.0 mg•kg-1组SDHase、G-6-Pase和Ca2+-ATPase酶活性颗粒均明显减少。 结论:给予不同剂量的混合稀土常乐,对大鼠肝脏酶活性有影响,其中以20.0 mg•kg-1组变化显著。

Abstract: Objective\ To study the effects of different dose Changle on enzymatic activity of rat liver. Methods\ 120 healthy Wistar rats were divided into three experimental groups of different doses (2.0,5.0,20.0 mg•kg-1 Changle) and the control group were given physiological saline,one time a day respectively, and lasted for 3 months. The changes of SDHase,G-6-Pase, and Ca2+- ATPase in rat livers were observed by histochemical technique. Results\ Comparing with the control group,the levels of SDHase, G-6-Pase, and Ca2+- ATPase in hepatocytes in the group of 20.0 mg•kg-1 were reduced obviously. Conclusion\ Changle can have an effect on rat hepatic enzymatic activity with the dose of 20.0  mg•kg-1.
