玉蜀黍叶中黄酮类成分的提取分离和结构鉴定

Isolation and structure identification of flavonoids from leaves of Zea mays L.

摘要:

目的:分析玉蜀黍叶的化学成分,为开发利用其药用价值提供实验数据。方法: 以玉蜀黍叶为原料,用95%乙醇提取,利用大孔树脂柱色谱、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果: 根据在薄层色谱中呈现单一斑点结果,从玉蜀黍叶中分离了3个黄酮类化合物和1个甾醇类化合物,经理化常数测定及光谱学数据分析鉴定其化学结构分别是苜蓿素(1)、苜蓿素-5-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、苜蓿素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)和β-谷甾醇(4)。结论:从玉蜀黍叶中分离鉴定了3个黄酮类化合物和1个甾醇类化合物,3个黄酮类化合物和1个甾醇类化合物均为首次从玉蜀黍叶中分离得到。

Abstract:

Objective To provide the experimental data for development and utilization of  the medicinal values of the leaves of Zea mays L.through analyzing its chemical constituents. Methods The leaves of Zea mays L. were extracted with 95% ethanol. Repeated column chromatography with maroporous resin column,silical gel,Sephadex LH-20 were used to isolate the chemical constituents and their structures wereidentifed on the basis of spectral data.
Results According to the single spot in TLC,three flavonoid compounds and one sterols compound were isolated from the leaves of Zea mays L.,and their structurs were identifited through physicochemical constants and spectroscopic analysis. They were tricin (1),tricin -5-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2),tricin -7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3),and β-sitosterol(4).Conclusion  Three flavonoid compounds and one sterols compound are isolated and these are isolated from the leaves of Zea mays L. for the first time.
