Abstract: Abstract:Objective  To observe the influence of red clover flavone from golden buckwheat(RCFGB) in migration ability in vitro of human gastric cancer SGC7901 cells, and to explore its mechanism. Methods  Ethanol extraction was used to prepare RCFGB.The gastric carcinoma SGC7901 cells administrated with different doses (5 and 10 g?L-1) of RCFGB and PBS solution were used as experimental groups and control group.Scarification test and  Transwe Ⅱ test were used to observe the influence of different doses of RCFGB in migration ability of  human gastric cancer SGC7901 cells under the same culture conditions;Western blotting method was performed to detect the effects of different doses of RCFGB on the interleukin 6 ( IL-6 ) protein expression levels in SGC7901 cells of rats. Results Compared with control group, the healing abilities of scarification of SGC7901 cells in 5 and 10 g?L-1 RCFGB groups were apparently weakened (P<0.05),and the number of transmembrane cells were decreased significantly (P< 0.05),and the expression levels of IL-6 proteins in SGC7901 cells were significautly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion  RCFGB can inhibit the migration ability of human gastric cancer SGC7901 cells, and its role may be related to  inhibiting the IL-6 protein expression level in SGC7901 cells.
