This paper deals with the following NonNewtonian polytropic filtration equation possessing the extinction and positivity of the solution by comparison principle and fundamental solution for m>0, p>1 under initial value u₀(x)∈L¹Ω) and zero boundary value conditions.

We describe matrixfree pivotal algorithms in the XTR⁺ system. The computation efficiency of the pivotal algorithms is obviously improved. Robustness of generalized least square estimator in terms of error distributions in general linear model was discussed. We explored the maximal class of distributions of error term, in which the GLSE possesses robustness, that is, the GLSE is the best linear estimator under the criterion of minimizing the generalized MSE matrix with the error distribution varying within the maximal class.

An explicit computational formula of the generalized Cauchy numbers was given by means of the Stirling numbers, and then the relationships of the explicit computational formula with each of the Stirling numbers, Bernoulli numbers and Euler numbers were discussed, and some identities involving the Cauchy numbers were obtained. At last, we also improved the convolution formula which has been given.

The consistency and asymptotic normality of the estimations have been proved. Moreover, statistic on testing equality of two exponential distributions and its limit distribution are given.

Under the conditions of a shortterm economic fluctuation resulted from the shock of technology and final capital stock being no less than initial capital stock, we presented the sufficient condition of solution existing and the necessary condition of the optimal control for discrete control systems with high dimensions using the Brouwer degree and the maximum principle.

The present paper deals with the antiperiodic problems for (2n+1)-order ordinary differential equation. Under certain assumpations, we presented some results about the existence and uniqueness of antiperiodicsolutions for (2n+1)-order ordinary differential equations using the to pological degree theory.

We gave a new method to find the periodic solution of differential equation. By the idea of Poincaré mapping, the problem of finding the periodic solution of differential equation can be converted into an optimization problem, then adopting the quasiNewton method to solve the corresponding optimization problem, we can find the periodic solution of the differential equation.

Based on the governing equation of buckling of the Euler’s column with large deflection, analytical approximate solutions to the buckling load and the largest deflection of the column have been established. First, the sine term that appears in the governing equation is replaced with a polynomial of degree 3 by means of the Maclaurin series expansion and the Chebyshev polynomial approximation. Subsequently, the resulting Duffing equation is approximately solved by combing the Newton’s method with the method of harmonic balance. The method yields simple linear algebraic equations instead of nonlinear algebraic equations without analytical solution. The new analytical approximations for the buckling load and the largest deflection of the Euler’s column show an excellent agreement with the numerically exact ones, and are valid over nearly the whole range of the independent variable.

We considered the nonexistence of Laurent polynomial first integrals for periodic system. Using the Floquet theory, we have prov ed that if the characteristic multipliers of the system are Zindependent, then the syst em does not have any nontrivial Laurent first integral in a neighborhood of a constant solution.

To the question of drawbacks in learning Bayesian network with genetic algorithm, an immune genetic algorithm was proposed and used to learn the structure of Bayesian network, which combines the constraint based approach with scoresearch based approach. The algorithm can avoid generating illegalstructures; by means of the property of Markov equivalence, the immune operators maps the search space from skeleton space to Markov equivalent class space. The experiment data show that the search space was decreased, compared with those of the genetic algorithm search in direct acyclic graph space, the convergence speed and the efficiency were improved.

A relation model was proposed for the web service by adopting the service tuple chainbased approach for web service composition through introducing the concepts of the empty service and service tuple. It can solve not only the sequence relation which was solved by service chainbased approach, but also the parallel relationship due to more than one pre or subsequence services to satisfy a service.

We proposed an improved parallel immune genetic algorithm. The introduced island concept on the population size can make the sizes of populations variable; The immune operator introduced in the fitness functioncan avoid the algorithm premature convergence. Hence, this method can prevent local convergence in the optimal algorithm in a great extent, and make the probability of approaching the global convergence bigger. The algorithm was used via the Yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell cycle gene expression profile from SGD to coexpress clusters. Compared to the experiment analyzed by Spellman for functional genomics, the efficiencyof this algorithm in the functional genomics can be proved.

This paper deals with a software development approach of executable metamodel to solve the great difficulties in present software devel opment to some extent, which are complex, diverse and changeable. Based on the Meta Object Facility model of Object Management Group, the key technology of executable metamodel was researched through the language engineering approach. And the key parts include the architecture of executable metamodel, abstract syntax, concrete syntax and semantics. At the same time, as an example, an aspectoriented language was used to illustrate the approach.

A new chaotic video encryption algorithm presented in the paper makes full use of chaotic function to generate encryption series. According to the principle and characteristics of the video compression standardH.264, first, space replacement and numerical diffusion are conducted to the coeffi cients of block matrices after discrete cosine transform quantization, and then in order to solve the problem of encryption in video data transmission, the binary sequences after entropy coding are encrypted further. The chaotic video encryption algorithm is implemented via the H.264 reference software: JM12.4. Experimental results and analysis show this algorithm exhibits encryption effect.

This paper aims at the defocus descending iris image which is collected by the fixed focaliris collection equipment. Under this precondition, we proposed the regularized iris image restoration algorithm based on the discrete quadrature direction wavelet transform. The experiment data show that the improved algorithm has a certain theoretical and applicable value on the iris image restoration.

Using the renormalization-group transformation method together with the cumulative expansion technique, the phase transition and critical properties of the S⁴ model on a type of hierarchical lattice were studied, and its fixed points and critical exponents were obtained. The results show that there exists a Wilson-Fisher fixed point besides the Gaussian fixed point, compared with those of the S⁴ model on the special diamond-type of hierarchical lattices, the critical points and critical exponents have changed. It has been found that both of them belong to different university classes.

Based on Lord and Shulman’s generalized thermoelastic theory, the generalized magneto-thermoelastic coupled problem for a semi-infinitely long rotating bar was studied. Maxwell equations in medium were given, the generalized electromagneto-thermoelastic coupled governing equations of L-S type were established. The problem was solved by means of Laplace transform and numerical Laplace inversion. The distributions of temperature, radial stress, displacement, induced magnetic field as well as induced electric field for the semi-infinitely long rotating bar subjected to a thermal shock were represented graphically. From the distributions, it can be found that the medium exibits the heat wave effect and electromagneto-thermoelastic coupled effects. And it can also be found that rotation acts to significantly increase the magnitude of the real part of displacement and radial stress, and insignificantly affects the magnitude of induced magnetic field and induced electric field and temperature.

Using transfer matrix method, we calculated and analyzed the relationships between 1-D photonic crystal transmission spectrum and each of center wavelength and the ratio of the refractive indices of two dielectric materials of 1-D photonic crystal when the incidence angle was zero and the optical thicknesses of two dielectric materials were λ₀/4, where λ₀ is center wavelength. We also gained a method for calculating optical thicknesses and refractive indices of two mediums of 1-D photonic crystal when the band gap range of vertical incident light is certain. 

Insitu conductivity measurement of AgI under high pressure and ambient temperature was carried out via fabricated microcircuit on diamond anvil cell (DAC). It was observed that conductivity changed with the increasing pressure. The temperature and pressure dependences of conductivity in rsAgI were studied under several pressures at temperatures from 293 K to 443 K. The experimental data show the plot of ln(σT) versus 10³T^-1 is approximately linear. The ionic carries concentration and activation energy for defect transport were calculated. And also, we investigated the temperature and pressure dependences of conductivity in KOHtype AgI and obtained the relation between energy gap and pressure.

Based on the Mie scattering theory, the optics cross section and scattering intensity distribution of aerosol primary particles which IAMAP proposed were computed. Results show that under the different incidence wavelengths and particle radii, the scattering capability of particles are different. The glory of scattering fields was simulated. The diffraction glory by the scattering fields comprise the information of particle size and optics characteristics.

The effect of Dy on thermal stability and magnetic properties of Nd\|Fe\|Al based bulk amorphous alloys was investigated by means of X\|ray diffractometry (XRD). Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results indicate that the thermal stability can be improved significantly by the addition of Dy. The remanence for (Nd_1-xDy_x)₆₀Fe₃₀Al₁₀（x=0,0.1,0.2）） alloys decreases with increasing Dy mass fraction, but the coercive force increases. The coercive force for Nd\|Fe\|Al amorphous alloy comes of the large magnetocrystalline anisotropy field originated from its lanthanon.

Based on the combination of higher order statistics that can identify non-minimum phase system with shift block method of blind separation (SHIBBS) algorithm which is good in separation and moderate amount of computation, an algorithm was proposed to identify the multi-input and multi-output (MIMO) system in frequency domain; but the received signals are uncertain in permutation, which is solved by means of cross fourth-order statistics and the signals are separated well. To the problem of scale ambiguity, the constant modulus algorithm employing the LMS self-adaptation is used in equalizing and compensating for the sorted signals. Simulations show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and practical.

The growth of ABAC structured film by means of pulsed laser deposition was simulated by the Monte Carlo procedure. In the model, we introduced the three-hollow site with a layer dislocation in order to realize the ABAC growth mode. The quality of the film is controlled by three parameters, namely, the temperature of the substrate, the kinetic energy of the atoms and the coverage of per pulse. The simulated results show that the quality of the films is strongly dependent on the three parameters. We analyzed the mismatch of the film and found the suitable parameters, under which the high quality film can be obtained.

Three gallium(Ⅲ) phosphites and gallium phosphate were synthesized by hydrothermal/solvothermal combinative technique under autogeneou s pressure in the system of Ga-H₃PO₃-1,2-dap-EG/H₂O(1,2-dap: 1,2-diaminopropane, EG: ethyl glycol). Their structures were determined by means of singlecrystal Xray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, inductively coupled plasma(ICP). In our work, we stressed the synthetic factors on the influence of the crystallization of such materials.

Atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) initiator was assembled on silicon wafer to initiate 4-vinylpyridine polymerization by surface initiated technique, a functional PVP brush was prepared. The metal complexes of Cu²⁺ and Ag⁺ with polyvinylpyridine (PVP) were formed, and the metal complexes were reducted to metal nanoparticles with NaHB₄. The structure and properties were proved by using XPS, FT-IR, AFM and water contact angle. The r esult shows the metal complexes of PVP have been reduced, the size of metal nanoparticles is about 170 nm.

We described an improved solgel process to prepare pyridinephenol ligand ((dppy)BF) doped silica composie glass. The addition of Li₂CO₃ to neutralize the composite sol and solvent extraction with cyclohexane shorten the processing time from several weeks for traditional solgel process to several days. The crackfree (dppy)BF doped silica composite glass with the low volume shrinkage can be obtained by this process. The results of fluorescence spectra indicate that fluorescence intensity of (dppy)BF in the glass enhances, and the photostability is much better.

We obtained the specific sequence of affinity ligand of HFABP with phage-display 12mer peptide library. After three rounds of panning and sequences comparison, we obtained one ELISA positive sequence of WPN HHMLHKRWP. The target peptide was then synthesized by manual way. Treated by reverse phase HPLC (High Pressure Liquid Chromatography) and mass spectrometry, the target peptide coupled with pyrene was used as a fluorescent probe to detect HFABP in the samples of AMI patients. The experiment resultindicates that the samples of AMI patients are all positive. The result reflects that the target ligand peptide we got has shown a good effect on clinical application for AMI.

Total RNA was isolated from mouse muscle tissue and the gene of protein phosphatase 2C (PP2C) was amplified by RTPCR and inserted into pUCmT vector. After the sequence of the PP2C gene was identified to be correct by DNA sequencing, the fulllength PP2C gene was cloned into expression vector pET28a and the recombined plasmid pET28aPP2C was transformed into E.coli BL21(DE3). The optimum conditions for PP2C expression in E.coli BL21(DE3) were determined to be 0.8 mmol/L IPTG induction for 20 h at 37 ℃. PP2C was eventually expressed under the optimal conditions at a high yield of 18.2% of total E.coliproteins, and the expressed PP2C existed both in the sup ernatant of the cell lysate with 71% of soluble proteins and in the pellet of the cell lysate with 11.1% of insoluble proteins. The expressed PP2C with His tag ha s a molecular weight of about 42 000 by SDSPAGE analysis. The soluble expressed PP2C was further purified on a NiNTA column to homogeneity with a purification yield of 80.5%, and the purified PP2C exhibited a specific activity of 34.5 U/mg.

To study the inhibition mechanism of Trifolium pratense to tumor, we investigated the inhibitory activity of Trifolium pratense extract contain 40% flavonoids and four major isoflavones on MMP-16. Results show that the Trifolium pratense extract containing 40% flavonoids inhibits MMP-16 a ctivity, biochanin A, genistein and daidzein can’t inhibit MMP-16 activity, formon onetin can weakly inhibit MMP-16 activity but not dosedependent. After column chromatography analysis, we obtained 33 fractions, the No.13 fraction and No.25 fraction inhibit MMP-16 activity and the inhibitory effect is dosedependent for the No.13 fraction.

The ironcarbon microelectrolysis process was used to treat furfural wastewater. Effects of wastewater pH, reaction time, the type of iron on the reaction were investigated. The optimal condition experiment results indicate that the pH value of furfural wastewater is 1.5, the volume ratio of Fe to C is 1 ∶4, the type of iron is cast iron, reaction time is 30 min under aeration. Under the above conditions, the removal of COD_Cr was 75%, BOD₅/COD_Cr increased from 0.38 to 0.6, which makes the furfural wastewater be of benefit to following biochemistry process.
