成年糖尿病大鼠重要器官组织POD活性变化

Changes of POD activities in the key organsin adult rats with diabetes

摘要: 目的:研究糖尿病对大鼠重要器官组织过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响。 方法:90日龄Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为正常对照组(C组)、胰岛素治疗糖尿病组(ID组)和糖尿病组(D组),每组10只,分别用愈创木酚比色法(I)测定各器官组织POD活性。 结果:D组肺、脾和ID组心、脾组织中POD活性明显低于C组(P<0.05或P<0.01),D组心、肺、脾组织中POD活性明显低于ID组(P<0.05或P<0.01);D组心、脾组织中POD活性明显低于C组(P<0.01),心、肺组织POD活性明显低于ID组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。 结论:糖尿病大鼠重要器官组织抗氧化酶活性下降,胰岛素替代治疗使部分器官组织POD活性恢复。

Abstract: Objective To study the changes of peroxidase (POD) activities in the key organs in adult rats with diabetes. Methods Thirsty Wistar rats for 90 days were divided into three groups:control group (C), diabetes group treated with insulin (ID) and diabetes group (D), 10 rats in each group.The POD activities were determined by using guaiacol colorimetric method. Results The activities of POD in the hearts, sleeps, and lungs in group D and group ID were decreased obviously (P<0.05, P<0.01), compared with control group; the POD activities in the hearts and lungs in group D were apparently lower than those of group ID (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion The POD activities are decreased in rats with diabetes and insulin can partly recover POD activities in the key organs.
