摘要:
为量化不同空间尺度建成环境对居民小汽车拥有行为的影响,构建了可捕捉自变量影响程度的梯度提升迭代决策树模型。同时,考虑了城市层和社区层两个尺度建成环境特征对小汽车拥有行为的影响,并以中国劳动力动态调查的全国抽样数据为例开展了实证研究。结果表明:3个层面变量中,个体层社会经济属性是影响小汽车拥有行为的最重要因素,影响程度为53.24%,而社区层建成环境特征影响程度(30.45%)高于城市层建成环境特征(16.31%);对于各自变量而言,家庭收入是影响居民小汽车拥有行为的最重要因素(31.66%),且两个层面的建成环境特征对小汽车拥有行为的影响程度均高于1.5%。因此,为减少居民小汽车拥有量的增长,有必要同时从城市层和社区层两个层面优化城市建成环境。
