城市客运交通枢纽建设时序优化方法

Optimization method of project construction scheduling for intermodal hub

摘要: 为提高城市客运交通枢纽建设时序决策的科学性,最大限度地发挥交通枢纽投资的社会效益,提出客运交通枢纽规划方案建设时序确定方法。定义了区位重要度、客流重要度、节点重要度和综合重要度概念,作为确定枢纽建设时序的依据。利用动态优化流程确定枢纽建设时序方案。以北京市客运交通枢纽规划方案为例进行枢纽建设时序分析,说明该方法的应用流程。

Abstract: To boost the rationality of the decision-making for the intermodal hub project construction scheduling and maximize the social benefits of the project investment, a method was proposed to optimize the construction scheduling for the intermodal hub planning. The 4 importance indicators including the location importance indicator, the passenger flow importance indicator, the node importance indicator, and the comprehensive importance indicator were defined, and the last indicator is equal to the weighted sum of the former 3 indicators, and it is the key factor to optimize the project construction scheduling of the intermodal hub by the dynamic optimization process. A case study in Beijing City was provided to demonstrate the procedure of the proposed method.
