汽车空调压缩机怠速噪声诊断及拓扑优化

Noise diagnosis of in idle automotive air conditioning compressor and topology optimization

摘要: 针对某国产SUV车型怠速开空调时车内噪声较大的问题,对样车及其压缩机系统进行了试验诊断、分析和改进。通过分析试验获得的车内噪声频谱和压缩机振动频谱,结合压缩机及支架系统的模态计算和试验验证,认定开、关空调噪声差异主要是由压缩机工作频率与压缩机及其支架系统一阶固有频率接近产生共振造成的。通过拓扑优化的方法对支架结构进行了加强,提高了压缩机-支架系统的一阶模态频率,避开了怠速开空调时压缩机的工作频率。将改进的支架装车进行试验验证,结果表明:在怠速开空调工况下,改进后的车内噪声比改进前降低了2.3 dB(A),改进效果明显;定置升转速工况试验结果表明:改进后在发动机转速为900~3400 r/min时,车内噪声有明显降低。

Abstract: Test diagnosis, analysis and improvement of a SUV and its air conditioning system are carried out to solve the inner noise problem, which is generated while the air conditioning is turned in idle. The test frequency spectrum analysis of inner noise and compressor vibration, modal analysis and test validation show that the working frequency of the compressor is close to the system's first order frequency. This causes resonance, which leads to obvious noise difference between turning on and turning off the air conditioning in idle. To solve this problem, the shape of the compressor support is improved by topology optimization. Modal analysis indicates that the first order modal frequency of the improved support keeps away from the working frequency of the compressor. The improved support is test and the results indicate that the inner noise is reduced by 2.3 dB(A), and the noise decreases obviously when the engine speed is from 900 r/min to 3000 r/min in run up condition.
