基于危险度分析的信号交叉口专用相位设置条件

Exclusive phase setting condition of signalized intersection based on risk analysis

摘要:

为研究信号交叉口专用相位的设置条件,选择哈尔滨市典型交叉口作为研究对象,采用视频调查法获取交通流参数数据,利用VISSIM和SSAM软件模拟仿真,获取机动车与行人的运动轨迹;考虑到同类型交通冲突不同个体之间的差异性,引入交通冲突指标TTC改进原有模型;构建了基于危险度分析的信号交叉口安全评价模型,由此提出了信号交叉口专用相位的设置条件。运用基于交叉口危险度的专用相位设置条件判别所选交叉口是否需要设置专用相位,并比较不同控制方案下交叉口综合危险度,验证专用相位设置的合理性。本文提出的基于危险度分析的信号交叉口安全评价模型可以判别信号交叉口的危险度,从安全角度为信号交叉口是否设置专用相位提供参考。

Abstract:

In order to study the setting conditions of exclusive phase at signalized intersections, the typical intersections in Harbin were selected as the research object, the traffic flow parameter data were obtained by video survey, and the running trajectories of motor vehicles and pedestrians were obtained by simulation with VISSIM and SSAM software. Considering the differences between different individuals in the same type of traffic conflict, the traffic conflict index TTC is introduced to improve the original model. The signalized intersection safety evaluation model based on risk analysis is constructed, and the setting conditions of signalized intersection exclusive phases are put forward. Using the setting condition of exclusive phase based on intersection risk degree, it is judged whether the selected intersection needs to be set with exclusive phase, and the comprehensive risk degree of intersection under different control schemes is compared to verify the rationality of exclusive phase setting. The safety evaluation model of signalized intersection based on risk degree analysis proposed in this paper can distinguish the risk degree of signalized intersection, and provide reference for whether to set exclusive phase at signalized intersection from the safety point of view.
