Vehicle integrated chassis control based on model predictive control

The model predictive control(MPC) method was proposed for the integration of chassis control.In the emergency obstacle avoidance manoeuvre,the vehicle ideal manoeuvre characteristics was followed by a combined use of differential braking and active steering.The top integrated controller calculates additional yaw moment and the front wheel angle which the lower sub-controller required through MPC method.The nonlinear 7-DoF vehicle model was built as the predictive model,and its accuracy was verified by vehicle tests.The control performances of MPC method were verified by simulation in the Carsim.

Taking the vehicle's handling and stability performance targets as research object,the theory of multi-variate statistical analysis was used to find the relationship of the targets each other.Several new handling targets are rebuilt sorted by their importance based on the idea of decreasing dimension,and then the vehicle's handling centesimal system score was get by the objective weighting method.The results show that it's available to evaluate the vehicle's handling performance using fewer targets and the weighting score.

Distribution analysis for whole torsional stiffness of passenger car

Based on the methods of CAE,bench testing and vehicle torsion test,the torsional mechanism of vehicle was revealed through using the normal condition.The research promotes the precision of the simulation value of the body torsional rigidity and the testing value by using the theory of non-linear interpolating,and the torsional stiffness of body and the torsional stiffness of suspension were systematically analyzed,and the theoretical basis and test methods for the static torsional stiffness of whole vehicle were provided,namely,the torsional stiffness of the equipped state body is 1.72 times than BIW,the proportion of the front suspension torsional stiffness and rear suspension is 1.44,the torsional stiffness of BIW is 5.8 times than suspension,the torsional stiffness of the equipped state body is 11 times than the suspension,ande the torsional stiffness of the equipped state body is 1.89 times than BIW.On the basis of the theory study,three matching principles are explored.It provides theoretical basis and design methods for the passenger car.The research results have the promotional value of practicability and a wide range of engineering application.

Aiming to the lack of theoretical basis for the attaining of tire stiffness with dynamic wheel model developed by State Key Laboratory of Automotive Simulation and Control in jilin university,a method of calculation of tire carcass's stiffness is presented.Using the suspension K&C test data of vertical force load test and longitudinal force load test and lateral force load test and aligning moment load test,we get the all six tire carcass stiffness,which improves the lab's tire model's accuracy of simulation.

Calculation method of the auto body flexural stiffness based on statistic processing

A flexural stiffness calculation method based on statistical theory was proposed.The flexural stiffness of a bus body was calculated in different loading methods,then the fact that the stiffness results meet the Gaussian distribution using chi-square test was verified,so that the sample average could be considered as the bus body flexural stiffness.In order to improve the calculation efficiency,an auto body flexural stiffness calculation program was programmed by FORTRAN language,so the whole stiffness calculation process would be completed automatically.

A traction control system based on AUTOBox for a four-wheel drive automatic mechanical transmission vehicle was designed.Road test was performed to match the different driving force control modes.The influences of the conjoint control and independent control of the three control modes,the throttle control,the braking control and the gear control was analyzed.Experimental results show that the reasonable control method can effectively improve the vehicle's start and accelerate ability on the ice road.

A vehicle chassis integrated controller was designed based on the two degrees of freedom vehicle model,developed the active yaw moment distribution optimization algorithm based on the quadratic programming method.Simulation test by the typical conditions of step steering and single lane steering,the results show that the design of the integrated chassis controller has good control effect can significantly improved vehicle handling stability;development of active yaw moment optimization allocation algorithm can take advantage of the various implementing agencies,to obtain better handling stability of vehicle when the active steering angle and the active braking pressure inputs are smaller.

The characteristic of the target vehicle equipped with both of the two active control systems was analyzed;an integrated vehicle chassis controller was designed using the inverse Nyquist array method,to pre-compensate and dynamic compensate the vehicle system respectively;the framework of the integrated chassis control system was established to coordinate the subsystems.A typical case was simulated on the co-simulation platform with MATLAB and AMESim,the results showed that the integrated vehicle chassis controller based on the inverse Nyquist array method can coordinate the active steering system and active brake system,and improves the vehicle handling and stability performance effectively.

Hierarchical traction control method for full hybrid electric vehicle was proposed.In the top layer,target driven torque generate strategy based on dynamical sliding mode control was proposed;In the bottom layer,several strategies were proposed such as motor torque individual control strategy,coordinate control strategy of engine and motor based on torque dynamic coordinate control,and pattern recognition logic.At last,simulation and hardware-in-loop test platforms were built.Test results show that the proposed method can control slipped wheels quickly,accurately and smoothly to improve starting performance,accelerating performance,and driving stability of hybrid electric vehicle.

For vehicle AFS and DYC coordination control problem,an integrated control algorithm based on model predictive control is proposed in this paper.The algorithm adopts hierarchical integrated control structure.The model predictive controller is designed and quadric programming method is used for tire force allocation.The simulation is used to verify the algorithm.The result shows that the algorithm can enhance the vehicle stability and is feasible.The tire force allocation by quadratic programming method with regard to a single wheel brake force allocation method can extend stability control range more.

Aiming to vehicle steering maneuver,linear quadratic gauss control method of ride and roll attitude via active suspension is designed at first.Then an integrated control strategy which combines linear quadratic optimum control law with fuzzy control algorithm is put up.The reference model which is able to represent both ride and handling performance and have nine degrees of freedom is built up.By matlab/simulink simulation,integrated control strategy is assessed in an open-loop J-turn and Sine-steer driving scenario on a random-rough road.The performances of active suspension with integrated control are compared with the one of active suspension with linear quadratic gauss control and passive suspension.The results indicate that integrated control strategy combining linear quadratic gauss control and fuzzy control can decrease body roll angle more adequately and optimize body attitude on the basis of linear quadratic gauss control effect,which improve ride comfort and handling quality simultaneously.

The feasibility of detecting rotor position of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor with this scheme was discussed.The influence of high-frequency signal on torque ripple was analyzed.The simulation investigation showed that this control scheme can detect the rotor position accurately and have little influence on torque ripple.

The EHB system grouped by the pump and the proportional valve was identified by transfer function model,ARX model and T-S fuzzy model.The value system which the output of the wheel cylinder pressure given by proportional valve was identified via PWM command.Finally,three different validation results based on three models are compared.It is applicable for modeling and controlling EHB system.

The driver maneuver intention and its urgency level are characterized based on the angular speed of steering wheel and the low pass characteristic of vehicle.With the corrected method,the reference model of ESP has been corrected,which make the ESP intervene more properly.The ESP with the corrected method can not only improve the response behavior of vehicle,but also avoid the disturbance to driver caused by the ESP which would get involved at a bad time.The effect of the corrected method is validated with the field experiment results of a vehicle equipped with ESP.

Vision detection algorithm for vehicle occupant classification

A vision detection system based on the low-cost CMOS camera is established according to differences of outlines of occupants.Principal character of occupant outline in the original image is described using Legendre matrix for the original image contains much more information than the detection algorithm actually needs.Support vector machine is introduced as the classifier after being trained and tuned using sample data considering the characteristics of the original data.The testing results indicate that the vision detection algorithm in this paper can effectively classify different kinds of occupants,providing for the intelligent restraint system with robust and accurate occupant classification information.

Sound quality prediction of vehicle interior noise based on GRNN

Taking 32 interior noise samples acquired from 8 types of car under different conditions as evaluation objects,loudness,sharpness,roughness and fluctuation strength,these sound metrics in psychoacoustics,were used as the input,and sensory comfortable evaluation obtained by 7 points of category scaling method as the output.The sound quality prediction model of vehicle interior noise was established based on generalized regression neutral network.Sensory comfortable of interior noise samples were obtained through the prediction model and the results were compared with obtained through back-propagation neural network and multiple linear regression prediction model.The results showed the generalized regression neutral network was more effective than back-propagation neural network and multiple linear regression prediction model,the range of relative prediction error is -7%~7%.The generalized regression neural network prediction model represented better performance on nonlinear relation between sensory comfortable and objective parameters exactly than multiple linear regression prediction model,and higher precise and stability than back-propagation neural network.

The rear impact model of full vehicle was built according to "GB20072—2006 the requirements of fuel system safety in the event of rear-end collision for passenger car".Collision response of 140 ms was calculated by PAM-CRASH.The comparison of simulaton and test verified the model validity and found the lack of enegy absorption of rear longeron and higher acceleration.The objective was to optimize the rear longeron structure for the increased rear crashworthness,and it was satisfied with the requirement of national standard.

Transfer path analysis of power train vibration on vehicle ride comfort

Based on transfer path analysis(TPA) theory,the driver floor's vertical vibration acceleration which was caused by engine excitation was taking under the condition of idle and 50 km/h in the city.The method and procedures of TPA were amplified.The dominant transfer path which has influence on ride comfort was identified,while the mount transmissibility was analyzed.The results show that the right mount excitation influences the driver floor's Z acceleration most and its transmissibility is also not well.The isolation performance of right mount needs to be improved for ameliorating ride comfort under these two conditions.The amplitude of every transfer path's partial contribution and finds the phase relation among each contribution's amplitude can be identified.It provides bases for the design of engine mount.

The rubber material's hyperelastic model constants are characterized based on test date.The structure model and the fluid model of light vehicle cab's hydraulic mount are established,and imported into Adina.The fluid-structure interaction model is established by Adina.The hydraulic mount's static characteristics are analyzed using quasi-static method.For dynamic characteristics analysis,the flow model of fluid is assumed to be turbulent K-Epsilon RNG.Dynamic stiffness and loss angle of the hydraulic mount are simulated based on this finite element model.The simulations of static and dynamic characteristics agree well with test results.The effects of primary structure parameters to the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic mount are analyzed based on the finite element model.

The structure of front cross member of a vehicle was analyzed and studied.It is concluded that there are two methods based on the vehicle structure at present.An appropriate structure design was carried out with two materials respectively aimed at the two methods of double structure and veneer structure,and then a crash performance test and CAE analysis were conducted.The test results indicate that the front cross member designed with hot-formed sheet steel BTR165 that compares to the double structure with common steel B340/590 can not only improve crash safety performance,but also reduce the vehicle weight.For this reason,it has an important significance in practical application.

The principles and method of computational fluid dynamics were applied to numerical simulate the external flow field about the simplified geometrical model of a made-in-china van.The hybrid mesh of tetrahedral,triangular prismatic,pyramidal and hexahedral elements as well as the turbulence model of Realizable k-ε was adopted to study the flow field of trucks with 4 styles,9 kinds of underbody skirt and no skirt.The aerodynamic characteristics of all the models were calculated and postprocessed including aerodynamic drag coefficients,surface pressure,streamlines and velocity vectors.The flow characteristics and aerodynamic drag coefficients were compared and analyzed among the different models with and without underbody skirt.The results show that the aerodynamic characteristics will be improved and the drag coefficients will be reduced when adding underbody skirts.

Dynamic detection strategy for brake shoe wear of operating vehicle

For realizing the wear dynamic detection of operating vehicle brake shoe,the brake shoe wear detection model adopting resistance classification method was presented.The resistance distribution principle of sensor was researched with the detection accuracy of 10%、5%、2%、1%、0.5%和0.2%,respectively.Simulation results show that the approximate linear relationship is clear between the parallel resistances before and after wearing accompanying with higher detection precision and lower split-voltage resistance.Wear sensors of brake shoe were developed and experiments were performed.Experimental results show that the detection voltage threshold of the experimental sensor is 0.15 V.The dynamic detection for brake shoe wear is realized with wearing value of 1 mm and detection precision of 8.3%.The feasibility and accuracy of the dynamic detection method for brake shoe wear are inspected.

Focus on the problem of calibration method of wheelbase difference tester while vehicle is driven in a curve,the detection method was studied for a vehicle with curve driving status.A calibration method with the feature of simulating and measuring the front wheel turning angle was presented to realizing the calibration method for a vehicle with curve driving status.The method adopted shaft center as the rotation center of the front wheel,which avoided the wheelbase displacement alteration of calibration apparatus caused by front wheel turning.The calibration apparatus of wheelbase difference tester for curve driving vehicle was developed.The calibration experiments of photosensitive wheelbase difference tester was performed on a with the calibration points of 0、1、3、5、10 and 20 mm,respectively.The feasibility and accuracy of the calibration method of wheelbase difference tester method for curve driving vehicle are inspected.

Taking into account of the impact of uncertain factors,the random network layout problem of vehicle detection station is introduced to describe actual circumstances.In addition,taking into account of the impact of range constraints,stochastic chance-constrain programming models of non-range constraint location and range constraint location for vehicle detection station are established.Simultaneously,the genetic algorithm based on stochastic simulation is used to solve established models.Finally,a numerical example is given to show feasibility of models and effectiveness of algorithm.

Characteristics of fuel distribution in cylinder for diesel Engine

The characteristics of fuel distribution were further researched during the practice working process of YD4A75-C3 electronic-controlled common rail diesel engine by using commercial CFD software FIRE.The research results showed that fuel atomizes rapidly and forms mixture after injected into the cylinder,then the mixture is diffused to the combustion chamber wall,concave and clearance by jet kinetic energy.The fuel distribution is relatively concentrated,and the spatial distribution volume is relatively small,so the fuel concentration is very unevenly distributed and basically exists in the form of high concentration.Meanwhile,unburned fuel absorbs quantity of heat released by the combustion process so the ambient temperature is much higher before combustion,which further promotes the producing of high temperature zones and emissions.

Performance stability of fuel cell engine applied in the fuel cell car demonstration

The 30 fuel cell engines were tested for 360 hours under the Lab cyclic condition,and was concluded of 3600 hours' lifetime with 20% performance loss.The 30 fuel cell cars run up to 120 000 km during the demonstration in total,and the 3# car achieved 15000 km total running range.The performance stability of the fuel cell engine in the 3# car was discussed by analyzing the datum from the demonstration.It was found that the performance stability of the fuel cell engine in the Real Way Condition was worse than that of the Lab Cyclic Condition,since the dynamic characters of the Real Way Condition" was stronger,and the ability of the humidifying system was degraded in the "Real Way Condition".

Estimation of travel time based on SCATS /GPS data

To the traffic control system of SCATS,velocity information never be detected by loop detector in this system,and the SCATS data was rarely applied to estimate average link travel time.Based on the broad application of SCATS and abundant information provided by its loop detector,proposed an estimation method of average link travel time using SCATS data and did error analysis of the estimation results.The relationship between the estimated average link travel time based on GPS data and the simple size of floating car was analyzed,also.Understand the characteristics of the estimation results from the two methods and classified the experimental samples based on this characteristics.Analyzed and discussed two kinds of information on complementary,and selected appropriate fusion method to the above two data.Experimental results showed that the estimation method of link travel time based on SCATS data was effective,and the estimation results were more reliable after data fusion.

Many varieties of emergency logistics supply points decision problem is constructed with the timeliness,security,and economic characteristics of the route choice decision-making function,established within the time frame to meet the emergency needs of the variety and number of points the least number of supply points material allocation model,and the decision function and material scheduling model for the analysis,the solving algorithm,and use examples of the verification,validation results show that the decision function and material scheduling model for the complex emergency effective deployment of logistics supplies and line selection decision-making program.

Correlation of subgrade soil shear strength and plasticity index under freeze-thaw cycles

Three different plasticity index subgrade soil were selected from seasonal frozen soil region.Static triaxial test was executed on the samples exposed to 0 to 7 times closed-system freeze-thaw cycles under different confining pressures.The results show that with the same kind of soil under the same freeze-thaw cycles,the shear strength increases with confining pressure;Shear strength with the same confining pressure decreases with the number of freeze-thaw cycles;Under the same confining pressure and the same freeze-thaw cycles,shear strength increases with the plasticity index.The exponential function was adopted for multiple nonlinear fitting.The relationship between shear strength and confining pressure,plasticity index,freeze-thaw cycles was obtained and showed a good correlation.

Based on the analysis of the traditional way of ascertaining asphalt mixture mineral surface-coefficient as well as the practical measuring of mineral powder and aggregate surface area plus a reasonable derivation of its area coefficient,a new way to ascertain the area of asphalt mixture aggregate was proposed,and a formula that can be used to calculate the surface area was given.The existing determination methods of the asphalt film thickness of asphalt mixture were investigated,and a corrected calculating formula was developed.A series of practice has proved that this method can better reflect the real condition of surface area.Therefore,the accuracy of calculating asphalt film thickness can be guaranteed.The result is significant for the design of the asphalt mixture proportions.

Considering of section stress characteristics in different load stages and strain analysis in ultimate state,based on the assumption for neutral axis in the strain figure of core concrete respectively subjected to the first stage and the second stage load,the theoretical formula of ultimate bearing capacity for RC short column with circular combined-section,which core section is subjected to the first stage load and combined-section is subjected to the same directional eccentric second stage load is deduced using integral.The accuracy of this theoretical formula can be satisfy the requirement of engineering compare to the simulation results using Ansys finite element analysis.

A damage identification strategy of urban overpass bridges was proposed in this paper.The weight and bias values of neural networks were optimized by genetic algorithm,the static strain ratio was selected as the input variable of neural networks,while the vulnerable sections were considered as the research objects.The damage localization and severity identification ability was discussed based on the numerical simulation of the left auxiliary bridge of Qianjin Street overpass in Changchun.The simualtion results indicate that the proposed method can achieve the damage localization with single and multiple damage locations,the error of damage severity identification is within 3%.Moreover,the ability of interpolation is superior to extrapolation of the presented method.

Based on grey relational analysis of grey system theory,the prediction model of cable tension state of cable-stayed bridges was established.The grey correlation of cable tension of the whole bridge was taken as the evaluation index of cable tension state in this model.Because of the circumstance temperature difference which cables stand in cold areas,the influence degree of the circumstance temperature difference on cable tension was analyzed.With the time series of temperature correlation to prediction model of cable tension state being weighted,the influence of circumstance temperature difference in the prediction model was rejected,and the prediction accuracy had also been increased.It makes that the prediction model can be suitable for cable tension state prediction in cold areas.Finally,a cable tension monitoring engineering of a cable-stayed bridge is taken for example,and the correctness and feasibility of the prediction method are verified.

The wind-rain-induced static characteristics test,was carried out by considering the static performance of a long-span bridge under the joint wind and rain field,taking an double-slotted box girder of bridge as the research object,utilizing the system of simultaneous actions of wind and rain built in the atmospheric boundary layer wind tunnel.Through analysis of the increment of wind-rain-induced static forces in joint wind and rain field comparing to wind-induced static forces in single wind field,the influencing rule of rainfall on the wind-induced static forces of bridge deck sections was obtained.Experimental results display the effect of change of flow field and water film on the surface of bridges on the wind-induced drag force of bridge deck sections is dominant.The effect of impact force of rainfall on the wind-induced drag force of bridge deck sections is less influential.The gravity of raindrops,impact force of rain,change of flow field and water film on the surface of bridges all have certain contribution on the wind-induced lift force of bridge deck sections.The change of flow field and water film on the surface of bridges play a more important role on the wind-induced pitching moment of bridge deck sections comparing to the gravity of raindrops and the impact force of rainfall.The result shows that change of flow field and water film on the surface of the bridge show obvious influencing on static characteristics of bridge.

Vertical mechanical behavior on shield tunnel under loads on ground surface

The mechanical model of shield tunnel is established with elastic foundation beam theory.The model can predict the value of additional longitudinal settlement and internal force of the shield.And the theoretical results coincide with the finite element results.According to the different coefficient of subgrade reaction,buried depth and stiffness,the longitudinal mechanics behavior of shield tunnel is reached.The results indicate that coefficient of soft subgrade reaction and buried depths have great influence on mechanics behavior of shield tunnel.The big additional settlement deformation and interval force will appear,even lead to structure failure when buried depth or soil strength is low.Therefore,in the design,shallow buried shield tunnel in soft soil should be avoided,it is necessary to take reinforcement treatment of foundation.

Concrete bridge modal parameter identification under seismic excitations

To study validity of NExT/ERA method which be used to identify modal parameter of concrete bridge under seismic excitations,the number simulation of one pre-stressed concrete bridge was carried out.3D model of the bridge was established by FEM software.FEM analysis and time-history analysis of 3D model of PC continuous beam bridge were carried out.Seismic excitations was generated by strong earthquake records.During the simulation,practical factors such as acceleration measuring and white noise were taken into account.In the only case of the output signal modal parameter of bridge can be identified.Four-order modal parameters of the structure were identified by the number simulation.The error of the modal parameters between number simulation and FEM analysis is small.

Using the elastic mechanics theories,the stress performance of the wall-beam in elastic stage was analyzed to get a computing formula about oblique section crack resistance in the wall of the wall-beam.Wall-beam was made of small-sized hollow building blocks.The experiments of simple supported wall-beam and simple supported prestress wall-beam were performed.Through comparing theoretical value with experimental value,the results indicate that applying prestress in the wall can not only delay the development of the crack and improve the crack resisting capability but also expand the application of wall-beam.The research can provide a valuable guide for the construction.

Ultra high strength steel 22MnB5 used for automobile is selected for this study.Metallographic microscope,Laser confocal scanning microscope,Rockwell hardness tests are used for researching the heating parameters of austenization.The test results show that the best parameter of austenization is 950℃,5min for 22MnB5 plate with the thickness of 2 mm in hot stamping process.The optimum parameters are used for the automobile beam forming test.The microstructure of the formed part are uniform martensites,the tensile strength is greater than 1500 MPa and the hardness is greater than 450 HV.The results fully meet the actual production requirements.

Microstructures and properties of plasma surfaced NiCrBSi+20%WC/Co layer prepared on the die steel(H13) substrate were investigated.The study showed that the interface boundary existed between the layer and substrate.compared with the typical microstructures of welded joint,the similar columnar grains in the layer perpendicular to the interface line were observed,which were never seen in the plasma sprayed coating.The conclusion could be drawn that the bonding between the NiCrBSi+20%WC/Co layer and H13 substrate belonged to the metallurgical cohesion.The XRD analysis showed that the main phases in the layer includedγ-(Fe,Ni),Cr7BC4,Ni4B3,Cr7C3 and Co7W6,which brought higher strength and higher hardness to the surfaced layer than the H13 substrate.

Microstructure and mechanical property of the welded joints of S355J2W+N steel

The S355J2W+N steel was welded using domestic welding wire of H08MnSiCuCrNiⅡ in the method of MAG by welding robot.Tensile,hardness and metallographic tests were carried on the welded joints we got to study the mechanical properties and microstructures of those joints.The results show that the welded joints have fine mechanical property.The biggest hardness is 215.2HV and exists in heat affected zone.Microstructure in the welding seam mainly contains proeutectoid ferrite,lath ferrite,and a little pearlite as well as granular bainite.The overheated zone mainly contains granular proeutectoid ferrite,some pearlite and granular bainite.The fine grained region mainly contains small and homogeneous ferrite and pearlite.

The method of high-temperature cooking was applied to separate the lignin and cellulose in bamboo powder,moreover,they were combined with the ABS separately.Relations of two different cellulose content bamboo powder,lignin and cellulose with mechanical properties and thermostability of the composites were studied.The results show that the composites has higher mechanical properties with bamboo of higher cellulose content;the heat stability of cellulose in bamboo powder was better than lignin,and the cellulose/ABS composite materials have higher mechanical properties and better thermostability.

This paper first implemented trend test on the multi-sample random censored field data of the CNC machine tools based on Total Time on Test method,on the basis that the failure process is bathtub curve,the model of non-homogeneous poisson process was built.Then the parameters of the intensity function was estimated using maximum likelihood estimation method,and the related indexes of the CNC machine tools under the non-homogeneous poisson process was obtained.This paper took field data of 6 machining centers as an example,building the reliability model of the non-homogeneous poisson process.

Theoretical design and experiment were presented for a proposed plate type multi-degree-of-freedom piezoelectric motor.Based on beam function combination method,the formula for calculating the working modal frequency of the piezoelectric motor was given out;and the principle to determine the spacing of the protrusions which arranged on the surface of the piezoelectric vibrator was provided.The criterion for designing the dimensions of the protrusions was offered,that is the dimensions of the protrusions should be set to make the bending vibration frequency of the protrusions in accordance with the entire vibration frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator.According to design theory,a prototype was fabricated to detect the kinematics performance of the piezoelectric motor.Experimental results show that the numerical results of modal frequencies of the motor indicate good agreement with the experimental one;and the rotation speed around an axial along the length direction of the rectangular piezoelectric vibrator of the motor is 45.6 r/min under 90 V drive voltage and excitation frequency of 45 kHz.

The characteristics of time domain load signal noises from the transmission component of engineering vehicles were analyzed.A new denoising method based on wavelet and fractal theory was proposed in this paper.After the field signals were decomposed in three layers,correlation dimensions of different scales signals were calculated.The existence of noises can be judged through the variation rule of correlation dimensions.The time domain load signal of output flange of wheel loader gearbox was chosen to illustrate the availability of this method.The results show that the proposed method based on wavelet-fractal denoising can comprehensively deal with noise characteristics for different frequency bands of load signals,so it can effectively overcome the puzzle that how to select the wavelet threshold.

This paper reconstructs the wings include extended wings and swept wings,then get four spanwise airfoils when the swallow is gliding using a three-dimensional scanner.Based on the numerical simulation of the airfoil.get that swept wings have best aerodynamic characteristics then extended wings.The ratio of lift coefficient to drag coefficient is largest when the angels of attack(AOA) ranges from 3°to 5°,and the best aerodynamic performance airfoil on the whole is at spanwise fraction of 35%.Analysis shows that spanwise fraction of 35% of the Swept wings's leading edge on the small side,maximum thickness position near the trailing edge and airfoil linear curvature changes slowly,it's the reason why the swept wings have better aerodynamic characteristics.

In the paper,a bionic indenter was developed by simulating the crown of molar,the crush experiment and analysis of finite element simulation were done.After obtaining the point cloud of crown by three-dimensional laser scanner,the bionic indenter was designed and fabricated by the technology of reverse engineering.Crush efficiency was determined by the method of sieving and weighing,numerical simulations were performed for the crush process using the non-linear contact finite element method,comparing with columnar and dentiform indenters.The results show that the bionic indenter has higher crush efficiency,bigger crush stress,more stress concentration area than others,and the data is stable and reliable.So the bionic indenter is better than the common indenters.The study can afford to the reference for the optimal design of the crusher.

In order to achieve the aim of virtually piloting on flight simulator,6-DOF dynamics model of helicopter was established.Based on Lagrange equation,taking the real-timely acquired state information from joystick as the input,a simplified analytical model for the force on helicopter was proposed.Adopting Runge-Kutta iterative arithmetic,the dynamics equation was solved in real time.Finally,the higher reliability of the model and simulation algorithm was verified through comparing with actual flight data and simulation scene,so it can be seen as a more accurate research in advance for helicopter maneuver flight subject.

A new method for structural static reanalysis of topological modifications is presented.The proposed procedure is easy to implement and suit for the case of topological modifications.First,the newly added degrees of freedom are assumed to be linked to the original DOFs of the modified structure by means of the Guyan reduction so as to obtain the condensed equation.Second,the displacements of the original DOFs of the modified structure are solved using the even lines Epsilon accelerated method.And the displacements of the newly added DOFs resulting from topological modification can be recovered.In order to illustrate the application of the present method,the present method is applied to a numerical example.The numerical results show the exactitude and effectiveness of the presented reanalysis algorithm.

Traditional description methods of RNA secondary structure could lead higher complexity of time in RNA structure comparison.This article offers a vector method of describing RNA secondary structure.Then,we compare RNA secondary structures tree by dynamic programming and those structures come from NA segments of highly pathogenic H5N1 virus.It is superior to the method of minimum free energy on time complexity.And it shows RNAs hold higher similar structure when they hold stronger pathogenicity,which could be a good guide for biological experiments.

This article proposes a mixed clustering algorithm based on grid density,which took Square Inaccuracy Density function as density evaluation criterion and avoided instability factors of classic density algorithm caused by improper setting of Eps and MinPts.It posed a kind of dynamic neighborhood radius strategy and solved the clustering deviation problem caused by classic density algorithm adopting global static neighborhood radius.In addition,it set the grid density heuristic information on all nodes in the spatial domain.It just needed computing the values of nodes in the grid domain,when constructing data structure and computing neighborhood radius,which cut the computing cost.Moreover,it just selected the representative points meeting a criterion to expand,which reduced the times of selecting and saved the running time.Finally,this article tested the algorithm in the Pendigits datasets and SEQUOIA 2000 database and the experimental results suggested that Grid Heuristic Information density clustering algorithm had a better performance than classic clustering algorithm in the clustering precision,clustering time and clustering stability.

By introducing the concept of attribute similarity,we develop an attribute matching mechanism,which may be expected to propagate trust value and predict trust relationship without an authenticating third party.Also the recommendatory method to calculate the similarity degree was given out.Based on the proposed mechanism a feasible bring-and-buy scheme called preferred buy in E-business was designed,in which trust degree between users can be dynamically updated with user's interaction going on among product items.Simulations show that a small number of expressed trusts per individual allow us to predict trust between any two individuals they never join the same deal together before in the system with high accuracy.

Storing useful information can avoid useless constraint propagation in the process of algorithm.According to that,Some improvements were made on Singleton Arc Consistency algorithm in the preprocessing step and propose a revised algorithm,denoted SAC3-Revised,which can decrease constraint propagation and time.In our experiments on random CSPs,the efficiency of our algorithm is 2 times of SAC-3 when p2 is in a certain scope and then reaches a steady behavior.Experiments on benchmark show that the efficiency of SAC3_Revised is better than that of SAC-3.

Codebook multidimensional space is constructed using Bag-of-words model.Image vectors are projected to sample points in Codebook multidimensional space.Based on the principle of homology continuity in multidimensional space biomimetic informatics,the optimal division of different kinds of objects in Codebook multidimensional space is obtained using neural network classifier.Based on the above-mentioned process,an object recognition algorithm is proposed based on biomimetic informatics.Experiments are performed to investigate the factors influencing the performance of classifier.Experimental results show the method proposed in this paper is valid and feasible.

This paper modifies the traditional fuzzy c-means(FCM),and gives a analysis of high-dimensional indexing structure.combining the modified FCM to tree-like indexing structure,this paper introduce a novel dynamic high-dimensional indexing structure based on metric space,called HC-Tree.The insertion methods of HC-Tree make the tree balance and dynamic.We give a method to determine whether a node reach the qualification of splitting operation.Then we give the methods of nodes splitting strategy,which make the nodes of HC-Tree are much more compact,uniform and symmetrical,and then make much less overlaps.We implement the K-NN queries and Range queries.The experimental results show that the HC-Tree outperforms the M-Tree and Slim-Tree with more efficient retrieval and browsing.

This paper proposes a Modified kernel-based FCM algorithm that incorporates the spatial information into the membership function for clustering(MSKFCM).In the algorithm,we replace the original Euclidean distance with a Gaussian kernel-induced distance,then use the distribution statistics of the neighborhood pixels and the weight coefficient based on the distance attributes to form a new membership function.Experimental results show that MSKFCM can segment images more effectively and provide more robust segmentation results.

This essay introduces a viscose filament detection system which can conduct the real time monitoring in acid solution slot on the quantity of viscose filament ejected,and correlated image processing algorithm.This system applies cylinder LED lighting source,via CCD camera is entered into a computer.computer can calculate the quantity of single filament via image processing algorithm,and identify its quality whether qualified or not.Regarding image processing,viscose filament image is enhanced via image enhancement algorithm,the enhancement is adaptive image enhancement algorithm based on human visual properties.By applying inter-class cross entropy threshold segmentation method and connected domain tracking algorithms,it solves the technical problems of the overlapping and bifurcation in viscose filament counting and increases the accuracy.Experiments prove that this system has the advantages of high accuracy and fast detection.It can be applied broadly in chemical fabrics industry.

The paper focuses on the analysis of the stability of symmetric and asymmetric passive gaits of robot using a simple nonlinear biped model based on the anti-phase synchronization control strategy,and the plantar collision of robot was treated as impulsive force imposed by the ground.A new impulsive control method for chaos suppression has been developed as well as the establishment of some applicable criteria of eventually exponentially stability.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the control strategy.

Continuous zooming control for zoom lens based on double linear motors

A new continuous zooming component and its control system were proposed to solve such the problems as low response speed and positioning accuracy,large sight axis error of the traditional zooming system.The continuous zooming component mainly consists of double linear motors and mini-grating rulers which can simplify the zooming system structure.Furthermore a mechanical compensation method with four groups′ type is used for continuous zoom controlling of optical lens.By analyzing the feature of the optical zoom system,zoom control algorithm and hardware circuit of control system are introduced.The field experiment shows that compared with the traditional zoom control system,positioning accuracy and view axis sloshing response of the new system are improved obviously.The position error is less than 1% and the sight axis is less than 10″.

Intelligent power module(IPM) has been increasingly used in power electronics converters due to its high integrity and high reliability.The proposed IPM is based on an IGBT module named GD450HTT60C7S which has power ratings of 450A/600V.This paper deals mainly with the packaging process and the protection characteristics tests of a 450A-600V 6-chips-in-one-package IPM.The IPM has multiple protection functionalities including under-voltage protection,over-current/short current protection and over-temperature protection.The control-interface of the IPM has adopted the currently-popular square-cross-sectional pins in which high-voltage drive sources and the low-voltage PWM signals are separated to reduce EMI.The experimental results verified that the IPM module has highly reliable protecting features.

Some key technologies,including the high power density,high efficiency,low cost inverter,and hybrid excitation type permanent magnet motor with high efficiency in full-speed range,and fully digital control system for permanent magnet motors were described.The motor drive systems with the technologies mentioned above have larger power density,higher efficiency and are more reliable and manufacturability than conventional ones.Finally,high power density permanent magnet motor drive systems are developed based on the studies.The drive system is used in LF620 electric police car and has served in the 2010 Shanghai World Expo.

Structure and ultracapacitive behavior of nanogate carbons

Nanogate carbons were prepared by KOH activation of raw petroleum coke precursors.The porous structure,crystallite structure,and surface properties were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD and XPS respectively.Thecapacitive behavior of the nanogate carbon electrodes showed that nanogate carbons can work under the voltage of 3.5V,and its high capacitance was caused by electrochemical activation in the first charging process.The nanogate carbon sample N900 shows a high capacitance of 136.7F/g with surface area of 61 m2/g,leading to high energy density of 58.1 Wh/kg.

The power battery is sorted which takes the open circuit voltage,the ACIR and the capacity as standard on 50%SOC static condition,but the battery manage system detect the voltage which is dynamic not as same as static voltage,so the actual result is not ideal.Based on this,sorting batteries by taking the dynamic voltage difference under impulse charging and discharging process,then carrying on the test to the battery pack,and obtaining a good result.

An electronic nose system structured with cone-shaped gas collection chamber is developed for rapid and lossless chicken freshness detection.According to the odor of chicken,the gas sensor array is reasonably selected.The bionic gas collection chamber is designed such that it resembles dog's nasal structure.RBF neural network is used for pattern recognition.The system accuracy on chicken freshness detection is evidenced to be 98.75% by physical and chemical tests.Conclusive evidence shows the use of artificial olfactory system in detecting chicken freshness is feasible.

Fruit and vegetable restructured beef production,which have different flavour and nutrition,is researched in this text.Beef and chicken are the mainly materials which have different and several nutriments flavour,nutrition and processing characteristic.Other nrtrition strengthened materials are added such as soy protein,isomaltooligosaccharide,carrot,egg,apple juice and so on.These materials are restructured by transglutaminase(TG),then shaped,cooked,roasted and dried.Single factor experiment have done by measuring texture characteristic.TG density,the reaction temperature,the amount of soy protein and carrot are remarkable to texture characteristic and quality of fruit and vegetable restructured beef production.With the aid of the Box-Behnken design method,the factorial analysis and the variance analysis optimize we optimized the best technological parameters are TG 0.82%,soy protein 2.2%,reaction temperature 45.5℃,carrot 15.8%.We also obtained a result that is regression mathematical model and interactive effect between evaluation targets and main factors.

Processing characteristics of apple juice containing pulpous granula Ohmic heating are studied,such as variation of heating time,heating rate,conductivity and temperature.The results show that conductivity of apple juice with granula increases by liner with temperature increased,particle size and mass fraction decreased;heating rate increases with particle size and mass fraction decreased and heating time shortened;the effect of particle size to conductivity,heating time and temperature variety is nonsignificant.In order to explore the effect of factors to heating rate and interaction among factors,orthogonal regression design is used,then mathematical model of Ohmic heating rate is established.The effect of factors to Ohmic heating rate in decreasing order is particle size,particle mass fraction,particle shape;when apple granula cube's side length is 0.5 cm and apple mass fraction is 20%,the shortest Ohmic heating rate of solid-liquid mixture is 348 s,Ohmic heating rate is maximum;ternary polynomial regression model of relationship between heating rate and factors is optimized,this has practical significance for forecasting and analysising the variation of heating temperature and rate in fruit juice Ohmic heating,which is contained pulpous granula.

In order to improve the quality of dried Auricularia auricular(L.ex Hook.) Underw,experiments of hot-air drying,microwave drying and combined hot-air/microwave drying were carried out respectively.The results show that the drying rate of Auricularia auricular(L.ex Hook.) Underw moisture is declining mostly during the drying process.There is a slightly drying rate accelerating period and there is not constant drying rate period during the whole drying process.The drying mathematical model accords with Page fornula.The hot-air drying is time consuming.Microwave drying is more rapid,but the quality of dried Auricularia auricular(L.ex Hook.) Underw is poor.The drying time of combined hot-air/microwave(70 ℃,385 W) decreased to 52 percent of the(70 ℃)hot-air drying time,and the quality of Auricularia auricular(L.ex Hook.) Underw is better than the others.So combined hot-air/microwave(70 ℃,385 W) drying is the optimal technology.

Effects on neurobehavior of Wistar rats with corn silk

the toxicity effects of corn silk on neurobehavior of Wistar rats,including learning,memory and nervous excitation was studied Test system including autonomic activities,Morris water maze,and darkness avoiding were chosen to measure the rats fed with different levels of corn silk for 77 days.Autonomic activities test shows that times of autonomic activities for male animals are higher than that of female nimals,however,there were no significantly difference between groups.Morris water maze test shows that the average swimming distance of female test animals are obviously lower than the ocontrol group,the average swimming speed of high does group in male animals significanly higher than the other groups.Darkness avoiding test shows that corn silk has no side effect on the Wistar rats,in some way,it can promote the ability of memory,but it is does independent.It can be concluded that corn silk has no side effect on neurobehavior of Wistar rats with does up to 8.0%,which corresponds to a mean daily corn silk intake of approximately 9.354 and 10.308 g/kg body weight for males and females,respectively,on the contrary,corn silk can promote the ability of memory.

The acute toxicology and mutagenic action of corn silk were investigated.Acute toxicology was studied by MTD,and mutagenic action was studied by sperm abnormality test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test and Ames test.The results show that the LD50 of corn silk in higher than 15 g/kg,which indicated actual innocuous substance;Corn silk has no adverse effect on sperm form,male organs and body weight,moreover,the Ames test and bone marrow cell micronucleus test demostrate have no mutagenic action.

In accordance with the characteristics on heat transfer of corrugated pipe,the engineering design was optimized by the method of the theoretical analysis and experimental research.The method of calculation and design on the sewage heat exchanger of the submersible corrugated pipe was firstly put forward.The actual operating parameter of air-conditioning system used this heat exchanger has been measured by experiments.The test results show that quantity of heat released from this sewage heat exchanger can satisfy with demand on the cold(hot) load of building.At the same time,the result analysis of comparative experiment is performed with other nonmetallic sewage heat exchangers of the plastic-Al pipe and PP-R pipe.The theoretical basis and the technical parameters for the optimizing design and engineering application are provided in this paper.
